Your tasks
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Designing, developing, and deploying backend services and APIs
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability
Implementing security and data protection measures
Conducting thorough testing and debugging to resolve issues
Documenting code and technical specifications
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and designers, to ensure that the software product meets client requirements.
As a Backend Engineer, you will have a direct impact on the success of our product and the satisfaction of our clients.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with server-side frameworks and technologies, such as Node.js
Strong proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: Typescript, JavaScript, Python or PHP
Understanding and use of software development principles, design patterns, security procedures, and best practices
Familiarity with designing and managing databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of and experience in implementing cloud infrastructure
Solid experience with AWS services is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
