Your tasks
  • Support Sales Efforts: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Lead Generation: Help identify and qualify new business opportunities and assist in the lead generation process.
  • Sales Process Assistance: Support the sales team in managing the sales cycle, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.
  • Contract Support: Assist with contracting and contract management, ensuring documents are in order and facilitating smooth client onboarding.
  • Client Relationship Support: Aid in building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales goals.
Your profile
  • Early Career Stage: Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably with exposure to the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Understanding of Sales Processes: Basic knowledge of sales cycles, lead generation, and customer service practices.
  • Interest in Contracting: Eagerness to learn about contract negotiation and management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
  • Educational Foundation: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to team goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
